Ayurvedic Consultation

If you’re feeling out of balance, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, an Ayurvedic consultation provides clarity and direction.
This initial session is a comprehensive assessment of your health history, lifestyle, digestion, and wellness goals. Using traditional Ayurvedic tools such as pulse and tongue reading, I identify patterns of imbalance and your unique constitution so we can address root causes, not just symptoms.
You’ll leave with a personalized wellness plan that includes dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and daily practices designed to support balance, vitality, and long-term well-being.

Ayurvedic Treatments

Ayurvedic treatments offer deep relaxation while supporting your body’s natural ability to restore balance and release stored tension.
Using warm herbal oils and time-tested techniques, these treatments help calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and promote a greater sense of ease in both body and mind. Many clients describe feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply supported after their sessions.
Treatments Offered- Abhyanga – Warm oil full-body massage to promote relaxation and circulation
- Shirodhara – A steady stream of warm oil over the forehead to calm the mind and nervous system
- Bliss Therapy – A deeply restorative combination of Abhyanga and Shirodhara
