Meet Your Guide

Angelica Aroca, Founder, Integrative Wellness Coach

AHC, LMT, CPT, RYT 200

Like many people, my path into holistic wellness began with my own search for healing and balance.

In 2011, I turned to exercise, proper nutrition, and holistic health practices to support my own well-being. Through that experience, I saw firsthand how powerful a thoughtful, whole-body approach can be. That transformation inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others feel better in their bodies and more connected to their health.

I pursued extensive training in exercise science, yoga therapy, bodywork, and Ayurveda to better understand the mind-body connection and how true healing occurs. I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and an Integrative Yoga Therapy Instructor. To deepen my clinical understanding, I became a licensed massage therapist and completed advanced training in the classical medical science of Ayurveda in New Mexico under the guidance of world-renowned Ayurvedic physician Dr. Vasant Lad.

Today, I work one-on-one with clients to help them reduce stress, restore balance, and build sustainable wellness practices that support their unique constitution and lifestyle.

I’m Amelia, a Licensed Massage Therapist with eight years of experience and more than 700 hours of professional training from Cortiva Institute in Houston. My approach to massage is thoughtful and intuitive, combining skilled therapeutic techniques with attentive touch and genuine care.

I believe every body is different, so I tailor each session to what you need that day. I work intentionally with areas of tension and discomfort while creating space for your body and nervous system to slow down, release, and reset. My goal is for you to leave feeling not only relaxed, but meaningfully better in your body.

I’m passionate about continuing to deepen my knowledge and refine my craft, and I bring warmth, presence, and therapeutic intention to every session.
