Approach to Personal Training

I specialize in strength & conditioning, corrective exercise, stretching, suspension training and weight management. I believe exercising does not have to be a daunting task and I pride myself in making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective!

I offer lifestyle & wellness consultations, Ayurvedic Treatments and private therapeutic yoga. I am dedicated to the well-being and success of my clients, and my ultimate goal is to empower you to live a happier and healthier life.

I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and the Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT) 200hr program. To further my understanding of the mind-body connection, I became a licensed massage therapist and a health & wellness coach trained in the holistic science of Ayurveda.
