As a certified personal trainer, I help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence through one-on-one training tailored to your body, pace, and goals. Sessions may include targeted strength work, mobility training, and one-on-one stretch therapy to support recovery, alignment, and ease of movement.
My approach is informed by a deep understanding of the mind-body connection through training in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, yoga therapy, and massage therapy, with the goal of helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more at ease in your body.
